The Greatest Exercises of All Time: Hit Every Muscle!

Introduction

Have you ever wondered what are the 20 greatest exercises of all time? In this article, we will dive into a fun and informative list of the exercises that will hit every muscle in your body. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, these exercises will help you build muscle and get stronger.

The Barbell Squat: The King of All Leg Exercises

The first exercise on our list is the barbell squat. Known as the king of all leg exercises, the barbell squat targets your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. To get the most out of this exercise, focus on moving your pelvis and ribcage together as a single unit and grip the ground with your toes for stability.

The Barbell Curl: Building Bigger Biceps

Next up is the barbell curl. This exercise is fantastic for building bigger biceps. To add an extra challenge, try the cheat variation by utilizing some momentum during the eccentric portion of the lift. Keep a staggered stance to avoid excessive leaning and maximize the benefits of this exercise.

The Dumbbell Bench Press: Sculpting Your Chest

A great exercise for sculpting your chest is the dumbbell bench press. This exercise adds a slight bit more adduction than its barbell-based cousin, making it a valuable addition to your routine. Use your legs for added power during the press, and adjusting the speed or tempo of the reps may help solve any stability problems.

Pullups: Strengthening Your Back

No list of the greatest exercises would be complete without pullups. Rather than focusing on increasing the number of reps, try adding weight to overload the movement. Weighted pullups are excellent for developing strength and building muscle. Instead of relying solely on your biceps and forearms, engage your lats by imagining your elbows in your back pockets on each rep.

The Reverse Lunge: Perfect for Legs

Considered the prince of leg exercises, the reverse lunge is a versatile and functional movement. By training through a staggered stance, you mimic real-world movement patterns. This exercise allows you to use either a barbell or dumbbells, giving you options based on your strength capabilities. You can also alter your torso position to target different muscle groups.

Conclusion

These are just a few of the greatest exercises of all time that hit every muscle in your body. Incorporating these exercises into your workout routine will help you build muscle and get stronger. I placed an order and charged accordingly. No confirmation, no product. Called the phone number, no help. I have to email to get any support. Really disappointing! If someone
is going to answer the phone they should be able to help.

1) Hip thrusts are MUCH better on a smith machine. I can really overload it and don't have the hassle of loading up.

2) The problem with heavy DB bench press is the goddam setup. I don't know why DB safety racks are so hard to find.

Arent some of these excercises putting the lower back in danger by hyperextending it too much, such as the tricep move?
