## Starting the Day in Amsterdam

My day begins with a delicious breakfast in Amsterdam. We’re picking up some local pastries and freshly brewed coffee to kick start the day. I believe in starting the day with a nutritious and delicious meal that sets the tone for the rest of the day.

## Cardio Boxing Workout Class

After breakfast, I head to a boxing cardio workout class. I believe in staying active and incorporating different forms of exercise into my routine. This class helps me to get my heart pumping and release any stress or tension from the day.

## Fueling My Body with Pasta for Lunch

For lunch, I make a delicious pasta dish. I believe in enjoying all kinds of foods in moderation. Pasta is one of my favorites, and I love preparing it with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It’s important to me to fuel my body with food that brings me joy and satisfaction.

## Indulging in Some Chocolate

In the afternoon, I indulge in a piece of chocolate. Treating myself to small pleasures throughout the day is an important part of living my best and happiest life. I believe in balance and enjoying all foods in a mindful way.

## Satisfying Dinner

For dinner, I enjoy a satisfying and nutritious meal. It could be anything from a colorful salad to a hearty bowl of soup, or a comforting stir-fry. I believe in listening to my body and giving it what it needs. Dinner is a time for me to wind down and nourish my body with wholesome foods.

## Living a Balanced and Happy Life

In everything I do, I prioritize balance and happiness. I believe in living a life that is both healthy and fulfilling. This means nourishing my body with a variety of foods, staying active in ways that bring me joy, and taking time for self-care and relaxation.

## My Approach to Fitness and Nutrition

I don’t believe in calorie counting or strict tracking of my food intake. Instead, I focus on intuitive eating and listening to my body’s hunger and fullness cues. I eat a diverse range of foods and enjoy everything in moderation. This approach allows me to have a healthy and positive relationship with food.

## Capturing It All on Instagram

For daily workout inspiration, I share my fitness journey on my Instagram account, @gainsbybrains. I believe in spreading positivity and motivation to others who are on their own health and wellness journey. I share my workouts, meals, and moments of joy to inspire others to live their best lives.

hi if you don't track at least approximately the food, how can you know you are taking the right amount of protein or even eating enough calories

ooh yea when I box (after not having boxed for a while) I get a headache too and it’s probably from the repeated jarring of your body but after a few sessions it goes away!

How long does your usual weight training workouts take?? I want to keep my workouts at around 1 hour but I’m struggling with that.. I always need more time & I also am very busy with work

I've been in sports for 2 years, and I've been in proper nutrition for 12 years (I'm 27), I train 3-4 times a week, and once I allow sweets a week)), I just like to do it like that)), I don’t force anyone to do it if anything))), I will continue to watch you)))

A couple of weeks ago, I tried boxing for the first time. The instructor told me to take off my wedding ring for the class (so it doesn't break) and I stored it in a ziplock bag. I ended up losing the ring!!! I found it on the floor eventually, the ziplock bag had a hole in it lmao. But yes my first time boxing sucked too but for another reason 🤣🤣
