Boxing is no joke. Since u messed up my wrists from factories i havent been able to do it with the bag
ooh yea when I box (after not having boxed for a while) I get a headache too and itβs probably from the repeated jarring of your body but after a few sessions it goes away!

A couple of weeks ago, I tried boxing for the first time. The instructor told me to take off my wedding ring for the class (so it doesn't break) and I stored it in a ziplock bag. I ended up losing the ring!!! I found it on the floor eventually, the ziplock bag had a hole in it lmao. But yes my first time boxing sucked too but for another reason π€£π€£
Last week I also took a aqua boks training for the first and it did look silly but no one was watching it,s just about moving your body. Thank you for being you.π€π₯°
