Prepare yourself for an exciting and informative journey towards achieving the ultimate physique!

What is Train This!?

Train This! is a workout program designed by Chris Heria that specifically targets different muscle groups to help you reach your fitness goals. In this article, we’ll focus on the Train This! workout for shoulders. This workout will not only enhance the appearance of your shoulders but also boost their strength and functionality.

The Ultimate Physique

Having well-defined and strong shoulders is not just about aesthetics; it also plays a crucial role in improving your overall performance in various physical activities. Whether you’re an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or simply someone who wants to look and feel their best, developing your shoulders is essential.

The Train This! Workout for Shoulders

To get started on your journey towards achieving the ultimate physique, follow these exercises recommended by Chris Heria:

1. Shoulder Press: This exercise targets the deltoid muscles. Begin by standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding dumbbells in each hand. With your palms facing forward, raise the dumbbells to shoulder level, and then push them upward until your arms are straight. Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position and repeat.

2. Lateral Raises: Lateral raises are excellent for targeting the lateral deltoids. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in each hand. Keep your arms straight with a slight bend in your elbows. Lift the dumbbells away from your body until they reach shoulder height. Slowly lower the weights back down and repeat.

3. Front Raises: Front raises primarily work the anterior deltoids. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in each hand. With your palms facing your thighs, raise the dumbbells forward until they are at shoulder level. Slowly lower the weights back down and repeat.

4. Bent-Over Lateral Raises: This exercise engages the rear deltoids. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in each hand. Bend forward at the hips while keeping your back straight. Allow the dumbbells to hang straight down, and then lift them out to the sides until they reach shoulder height. Lower the dumbbells back down and repeat.

Conclusion

By incorporating the Train This! workout for shoulders into your fitness routine, you’ll witness noticeable changes in your shoulders’ muscle definition, strength, and overall performance. Remember to perform each exercise with proper form and control, and gradually increase the resistance as you progress.

I have a question.

I am skinny so do i need to gain muscle before i start targetting certain muscle groups or can i start targetting them right away?

Love the positive energy❤️

Tip for one of the next videos: there are so many calisthenics exercises, it would be nice to have a recommended path through the most popular ones. Beginning with basic pull-up and ending likely with the full planche.

Chris, im short 4'10 and way about 120. I'm not overweight, but also not heavy with little muscle. I want to start calisthenics, but not sure where to go or what kind of workouts would be best for me to start out with. I would love to be at your level but that will take me a while. Where should I start?
