i love that you're focusing more on single leg exercises for max glute gains. been keeping your advice for a week now, and my glutes haven't been that sore! before, whenever i do glute workouts i'm moatly getting sore in the quads. but single leg exercises has me soring for 2 daya now right in the glute! thanks!

I love your shape you look amazing!! But think about wrinkles in your face too when squeezing that face so hard. I‘m 34 and have been working out/ weighttraining for 17 years now- similiar shape too but stopped squeezing my face so hard even with heavy weight cus of wrinkles forming easily that way. You are young now but in a few years you might have issues with that.Just a reminder- love your content!!🎉
