Bonjour sa fait 5ans que je suis sur lร  full planche toujours pas validรฉ cโ€™est รฉnormรฉment de travail que soit scapula ou avancer les รฉpaules et contracter les fesse et bien sรปr respirer ๐Ÿ˜… pour รชtre un รฉlit faut vraiment bossรฉ de fou et rien lรขcher ๐Ÿ’ช

I met a korean party girl that showed me an easy way to handstand

Plant your elbows on the floor, plant your head between your arms, arch your back, tighten your core and slowly "stack" your body above your head,

Tightening your core helps keep you balanced, but it may be difficult to push uo with your hands into the full handstand from this position,

i do lift weights but that scapula movement at first step is kinda hard me. it feels like im hurting some bone or joints. it feels off for my scapula.
