Working towards the Full Planche or Straddle Planche requires a lot of patience and dedication. Many people tend to skip the basic steps of planche training, which can lead to poor results and even elbow and wrist pain. In order to achieve a successful planche, it is important to build the movement from the ground up and understand the scapula and pelvis position before applying them to all planche progressions.
For absolute beginners, it is crucial to start with the very basic exercises, even if they may seem too easy. Investing time in plank on arms and elbow planks, as well as regressing to knees elbow plank and quadruped, can be a good place to start for most people. These exercises help in building the foundation and strength needed for more advanced planche progressions.
One common mistake that many beginners make is jumping right into the tuck planche. While this may seem like a logical next step, it is important to remember the value of starting with the simpler exercises. By taking the time to master the fundamentals, beginners can avoid the risk of injury and set themselves up for success in the long run.
To help you in your planche training journey, we have compiled a list of 7 exercises that are perfect for absolute beginners. These exercises are often overlooked because they are considered too easy, but they play a crucial role in building the necessary strength and control for a successful planche.
Here are the top 7 planche exercises for absolute beginners:
1. Plank on Arms
2. Elbow Planks
3. Knees Elbow Plank
4. Quadruped
5. Tuck Planche
6. Straddle Planche
7. Full Planche
By starting with these basic exercises and gradually progressing to more advanced variations, beginners can ensure that they are laying a solid foundation for their planche journey. It is important to remember that progress takes time and patience, so donโt rush the process. Enjoy the journey and celebrate the small victories along the way.
In conclusion, working towards the Full Planche or Straddle Planche requires dedication to building strength from the ground up. By not skipping the very basic steps of planche training, beginners can avoid poor results and potential injury. Remember to take your time, master the fundamentals, and enjoy the journey towards achieving your planche goals.

I met a korean party girl that showed me an easy way to handstand
Plant your elbows on the floor, plant your head between your arms, arch your back, tighten your core and slowly "stack" your body above your head,
Tightening your core helps keep you balanced, but it may be difficult to push uo with your hands into the full handstand from this position,
Your sense of humor is what makes you stand out – (though the technique is solild too!)
Last like skull crols๐
I havent done those workouts but i have the strength to do planche
Wormy vibes๐
What happens if your shoulders burn and fatigue quickly trying to to the plank walk?
