Please STOP This NOW! | Ft. Athlean-X

If you’re a fitness enthusiast or someone who loves working out, you’ve probably come across countless videos and articles promoting various products and services in the fitness industry. It seems like everywhere you turn, there’s someone trying to sell you the “secret” to getting your dream body or improving your performance. One such example is a recent collaboration between a popular fitness YouTuber, Athlean-X, and a self-proclaimed fitness expert, Jonni Shreve. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at their collaboration and why it’s time to put a stop to this kind of marketing.

In the fitness world, there’s no shortage of individuals claiming to have the latest and greatest training techniques, nutritional supplements, or workout programs. They often paint an unrealistic picture of what it takes to achieve your fitness goals, preying on people’s insecurities and desires for quick results. The collaboration between Athlean-X and Jonni Shreve seems to follow a similar pattern.

As we delve into this topic, it’s important to note that Athlean-X, also known as Jeff Cavaliere, is a well-respected fitness influencer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. His content is usually informative, science-based, and focused on providing valuable insights and tips for fitness enthusiasts. However, his recent collaboration with Jonni Shreve raises some concerns.

Jonni Shreve, on the other hand, is not as well-known in the fitness industry and claims to be a fitness expert. Unfortunately, a quick Google search reveals limited information about his qualifications and expertise. This lack of transparency is a red flag, as it’s crucial to rely on credible sources when it comes to fitness advice.

The collaboration between Athlean-X and Jonni Shreve involves promoting coaching services, training programs, and nutritional supplements. While these offerings might seem appealing at first glance, it’s essential to approach them with caution. Many of these programs and supplements promise quick results without a solid foundation of scientific evidence to back them up. This can lead to wasted time, effort, and money for individuals who are genuinely seeking legitimate guidance.

It’s important to prioritize evidence-based training methods and consult professionals who have the necessary qualifications and expertise to provide guidance tailored to individual needs. Instead of falling for quick-fix solutions, it’s crucial to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes, consistent training, and a balanced diet.

Now, let’s stop for a moment and address the elephant in the room – the excessive use of links and HTML in promoting these products and services. It’s no secret that excessive linking can be annoying, distracting, and even misleading for readers. It takes away from the overall user experience and dilutes the credibility of the content.

While it’s understandable that content creators want to monetize their platforms and generate income, bombarding viewers with excessive links and HTML is not the way to go. Instead, it’s essential to strike a balance between promoting products or services and providing valuable, informative content without overwhelming the audience.

In conclusion, the collaboration between Athlean-X and Jonni Shreve raises concerns about the marketing tactics employed in the fitness industry. It’s crucial to prioritize evidence-based training methods, consult credible professionals, and approach quick-fix solutions with skepticism. Additionally, content creators should strive for a balanced approach to promotion without overusing links and HTML, ensuring a positive user experience. It’s time to put a stop to this kind of marketing and focus on what truly matters – sustainable fitness practices and genuine expertise.

Kinda funny that at 39 years old you think you know what its like to be in your 50's or 60's. Wait until you get to that age and then have something to say about it. Until then you're basically just talking out of your a$$!

"Be Real" kinda tough to say that after you claimed those OTC supplements work as well as TRT because they don't, no way no how. Cite the science that backs up your claims that men's Test levels don't drop as they age. There is plenty of science showing they do but you'l be hard pressed to find anything that will back up your claims!

You dont have to have abused steroids to end up with tanked levels when you age. sadly its a function of age that men have to cope with. Wait until you are older Jonni when your levels are dropping naturally not because of anything you did previously!

Bro facts, I subscribed because you put out facts. When I was younger I looked at body builders wanting to have that perfect body. Use to get frustrated when I didn’t seen any gains, I had friends talking steroids and seeing their results, I was like maybe I should do it. I decided not to and just work hard the natural way. My friends today don’t have the best of health these days and body is breaking down on them. I’m so blessed that I made the right decision not to take steroids because I can look at my sons and know I made right decision. Everyone keep the faith and live your best life.

54. Still in great shape, six pack, broad. One thing I've noticed in my 50s is more aches and generally a bit stiffer, particularly in the mornings. Definitely stretching, pilates and yoga worth introducing as you get older. Never touched any gear, just creatine.

I do cardio and lift weights every day. I eat fairly healthy, I'm 41 years old. I've been training consistently for 11 years and I'd never consider HRT or steroids. I've always trained my hardest. This is a great video.

What a load of rubbish..As you get older in your late forties you just cabg produce test tge way you used too ..TRT etc will put your levels back ti wgat they were in their twentues..Your body just doesnt recover the same way..Taking trreb, hgh and large doses of test etc is a completly different thing..And theres no way Cavalier is natty..

I've been lifting for about 20 years, I'm 44 now! Im 6' 3" tall, lean, muscular! My biggest I ever got was 235lb in my 30s!. Now I can't crack 215! I'm ripped but not how I was! I'm seriously thinking about TRT? Especially with all these you tube shorts in my face everyday!

Hate to be that guy, IM 37 years old, but getting on TRT was one of the most significantly positive decisions I’ve ever done in my life. Get your labs, stay on top of your health, work with a doctor. My quality of life has dramatically changed and I’m an advocate for TRT

I did not come off of a cancer treatment. I think Johnny can be better with the truth when he says “ work harder”. He has the foundation of taking Tren, taking massive levels of testosterone to become a pro. I’m not buying the laziness.

I’ve been on TRT for the better half of almost a year. The TRT is closest to blasting, especially since it is pharmaceutical grade.

However, my testosterone levels, I’m aged 41 going on 42, was 100. Extremely low level and I have experienced most of, if not all of the side effects of low T. 200 mgs of Cyp every week. I was also prescribed anastrozole to convert estrogen into testosterone. My levels are now balanced and I feel better, definitely a quality life of supplement

RIP to the Rich Piana because when I was thinking about jumping on the juice around 10 years ago I came across one of his videos. He said before you get on anything get your ass in the gym and push hard for 2-3 years and see where you end up. Well here I am about 10 years later and went from 175 to 240 and never touched anything besides regular supps. The best advice I ever heard. Love this video because this will save lives/ and future issues for so many. RIP Rich 💪🏽

Animal fats help make natural test. I feel milk fat is best follwed by beef, lamb etc… Meditation, sunlight and laughter all help reduce cortisol which helps your body use test more effectively. Finally, we set risky goals in life, push to failure in order to gain confidence in life, work and love. Then embrace your newfound weakness, until it's a cherished strength.

Really enjoying this man's content. I believe there is a future for steroids, but it will require the experimentation that it has been going through in order to discover how it can positively enhance human lives, besides the obvious eg. muscle wasting diseases. The problem, as with many things , is overcoming the hurdles caused by the ego and to be truly searching for the right reason, eg., reversing the negative effect of aging.

Any quick fix becomes your new baseline.
I don't care if it's PEDs, ADs, cup of coffee six pack o beer, or skating stoned.
You're going to couple a good hair that will make you feel better naturally to a bad one and that will become a standard that will be a PitA to break

Man, you don't wanna do it. I HAVE to. Normal levels for a male are 300 to 1000 nanograms per deciliter, and at 33 mine was at 80. Balancing T level's and estrogen blockers to what my body functions best at took about ten years to figure out. And I have to give blood every two months.

Awsome speech!! Ya know I been lifting since 17 now I’m 50 stayed 100 💯 natural surrounded by abusers , people died early some committed suicide that were on the junk only a couple made it pro, now I see everyone on the junk and things are getting harder now I’m older and all them fools keep trying to get me on the junk and I’ve been contemplating it recently, you’ve encouraged me to stick too my guns…. Realizing the truth is best , I could never really fully respect all those I knew who did the junk it never made sense to me because everything the gained from the junk wasn’t real, it wasn’t them ….I was disappointed after finding out all the pros were on the junk and ashamed from being so naïve…. Keep the head down shoulders up and keep grinding, fuck all the bullshit! Much love and respect Johnny Shrieve!
