the best way to get visible abs is actually to lose weight, and there are far better options, like running that will help you do that effectively. CBum, the current mr olympia title holder hardly trains abs because it will just make your waist thicker

Training your core is NOT gonna give you abs like this, but how a person eats will. To maintain abs that look like this, you have to have very little calorie intake and will pay for it in your overall health
