It’s also helps being 21 .. when I was 27-30 pretty jacked and lean. As soon as 30 hit its fucking a nightmare. My body decided to just start storing fat on my belly and weight is a bitch to lose now. The food is poison too last 4 weeks I’ve been on chicken and rice diet which helps a little so far.
