There is no better way to start your day than by working out! Yes, Iβm tired, and my bed is definitely comfy, but I have more energy and patience throughout my day if I start with training. It doesnβt have to be something outside of your home either β you can do home workouts as well, stretch, or do yoga! Whatever you want and makes your heart happy.
