Lie flat on your back with your legs extended. Slowly lift your legs off the ground, keeping them straight, until they are perpendicular to the floor. Hold for a second, then lower them back down. Repeat for 30 seconds, focusing on engaging your lower abs.

5. Mountain Climbers: 1 minute

Assume a push-up position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders. Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time, alternating quickly. Maintain a steady tempo for 1 minute, keeping your core engaged throughout.

6. Reverse Crunches: 30 seconds

Lie flat on your back with your legs bent at a 90-degree angle. Lift your hips and bring your knees towards your chest, squeezing your abs at the top of the movement. Slowly lower your hips back down and repeat for 30 seconds.

Repeat this circuit two more times, and remember to take short breaks between exercises if needed. As you progress, challenge yourself by increasing the duration of each exercise or adding resistance.

Start: kind of small waist, but abs aren't really visible

Day 1: I did this at night for 2 times, and my core feels sore so I went straight back to sleep

Day 2: I woke up and I felt that my waist turned smaller, the abs are starting to become more visible. I did this workout for around 2 times again

Hi I'm 14yo teen i am doing this ab routine from past 4 day i felt my ab my elven abs are more visible after this still not able to complete whole workout without breaks

Esta chica es súper resistente.
Hace estos ejercicios lentos, y eso es lo que lo hace mas cansado. Pero efectivos, saludos estimada y gracias otra vez por tu trabajo.
Hice una rutina de hace dos meses, y el corazón ya se me quería salir del trabajo que hacia. Si terminé cansada.

whoo! i feel so much better after these workouts. knowing that i am working on myself makes me feel independent. i'm improving already, and i'm excited for my body transformation! all these comments make me feel so motivated, and they make me feel like i'm not alone on this. we're all on a journey together and we WILL get abs. ❤ You all are doing great. already doing all of this in such tough times? youre amazing.

i live in upstate new york, next to Canada, which is why i don't go out much. it's always freezing!! so, doing these at home really helps out. im currently on vacation in south carolina. i've been swimming all day, doing these workouts, walking more, and sometimes i even like to pack my backpack with all this heavy junk to carry on my back all day! i've been eating healthier as well. i'll get fruit smoothies, salads, fruits, etc. of course, i always reward myself with treats. some days ill get a few oreos, other days ill help myself to some chips, maybe even fast food. i'm ready to be fit!! 💪🏼
