My Daily Nutrition

For lunch, I love having a colorful salad loaded with fresh vegetables, lean proteins like chicken or tofu, and a delicious homemade dressing. I also incorporate complex carbohydrates, such as quinoa or sweet potatoes, to keep me energized.
In the afternoon, I enjoy some energizing snacks like nuts, fruits, or Greek yogurt. It helps me beat the mid-afternoon slump and keeps me focused.
Dinner is another opportunity for me to savor a well-balanced meal. I usually go for a lean protein source like fish or lean meat accompanied by a generous serving of vegetables and a small portion of complex carbs. This combination ensures that my dinner is satisfying and nutritious.

HIIT workouts, on the other hand, are intense but efficient. They get my heart rate up and torch calories, making them perfect for days when I’m short on time but still want to break a sweat.
Yoga is my go-to for flexibility and mental relaxation. It not only helps me stretch and improve my posture but also allows me to unwind and connect with my breath.
