My Gym Morning Routine: Skincare, Get Ready with Me, Gym Workout, and Breakfast

This skincare routine not only prepares my skin for exercise but also gives me a boost of confidence to start the day.
Get Ready with Me
After completing my skincare routine, it’s time to get ready for the gym. I like to wear comfortable activewear that allows me to move freely during my workout. This includes a supportive sports bra, leggings, and breathable sneakers. I also pack my gym bag with essentials such as a water bottle, towel, and a pair of headphones.
Gym Workout: Glutes & Legs
Now, it’s time to hit the gym and work on those glutes and legs! I follow a 12-week gym program designed to elevate my fitness journey and achieve my desired results. With a combination of strength training exercises and cardio, I challenge myself to push beyond my limits and constantly improve. Some of my favorite glute and leg exercises include squats, lunges, deadlifts, hip thrusts, and calf raises. These exercises help me build strength, tone my lower body, and increase overall endurance.
Breakfast
After an intense gym session, refueling with a wholesome breakfast is essential. I opt for a balanced meal that provides me with the nutrients and energy I need to kickstart my day. A typical post-workout breakfast for me includes a protein-packed omelet with vegetables, a side of whole-grain toast, and a refreshing fruit smoothie. This combination of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates helps repair and replenish my muscles, ensuring a speedy recovery after my workout.

I freakin love you – don't listen to that hate girlfriend! You spread such positive vibes and are very honest and frequently let everyone know that even if they eat and train exactly like you do, our bodies will respond to that differently. So important in a culture of, "here's what I eat in a day so you can look like me!"
I also wear a full face of makeup to the gym bc I hate doing my makeup after working out and before going to work (it just doesn't apply right and I don't have time to wait to cool down completely, I'm always still cooling down when I get to work). I can tell some ppl think it's odd but it makes me feel confident, it's more efficient, and the makeup I wear doesn't bother my sensitive skin whether I'm sweating or not.
I'm also a fan of tucking the back of a baggy shirt in at the gym haha. It's flattering and functional! Your assets (pun intended lol) are accentuated, your shirt isn't going to get in the way as much, and it helps keep you cool since you have that extra ventilation in the back.

The best line I've ever heard on Youtube is,"The risk of injury is simply not worth it for me". I see girls on Youtube trying to impress viewers by lifting heavy weights. Totally not worth it if you end up getting injured, like a back injury.
