I think its important to say that its okay to track your macros for some time. I tend to kinda get lost in the process and dont really know If I ate enough or if Im actually hungry or if Im maybe overeating cause Im obsessing over gains so I track for maybe 2 weeks or so. And when I feel more organized again I start eating intuitively again cause I also tend to get obsessed with calories if I track for a long time, Its ok to do it my own way i guess

thanks for the great video. I like how you said your goal is to live well and longer. At the moment Im gaining both muscle and fat but the fat is getting me down and Im not sure whether to keep lifting heavy and just reduce food or keep food at the same but increase cardio as Im doing no cardio right now. It's so hard not to criticise ones self.
