I will say single Db or Kb press is great! My opinion and will transfer power over to Barbell presses. If you only have one just switch arms focus on stability on the eccentric half of the lift. As well as OH farmer walks OH squats and OH Lunges all good for the shoulders just requires mad stability so start light

The shoulder press is a good exercise. The cheat lateral raise is not.
