The best part about this workout is that you don’t need any fancy equipment or a lot of time. You can do it from the comfort of your own home and it only takes 5 minutes. Now that’s what I call efficient!
So, let’s dive into the workout. Here’s a breakdown of the exercises:
1. Plank Jacks: Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Jump your feet out wide and then back in together, keeping your core engaged the entire time. Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.
2. Russian Twists: Sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight and core engaged. Clasp your hands together and twist from side to side, touching your hands to the ground on each side. Complete as many twists as you can in 30 seconds.
3. Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and legs lifted in a tabletop position. Alternate bringing your right elbow to your left knee while extending your right leg out straight. Repeat on the other side, bringing your left elbow to your right knee. Continue alternating for 30 seconds.
4. Mountain Climbers: Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Bring one knee in toward your chest, then quickly switch legs, bringing the other knee in. Continue alternating at a quick pace for 30 seconds.
5. Leg Raises: Lie on your back with your legs extended straight up toward the ceiling. Slowly lower your legs down toward the ground, keeping them as straight as possible. Engage your abs to lift your legs back up to the starting position. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Remember to focus on your form and engage your core throughout each exercise. Take breaks as needed, but try to push yourself to complete the full 30 seconds of each exercise.

i'm still recovering from this one..
I completely hated doing this, but i need abs and im not failing this time, so i started doing this in the mornings in my BED, and it is so much easier and more fun. I can just lay on my back.
I have seen results but the only problem is, that i have bellyfat so it covers my abs a lil, but im working on that.

You know its hard when you have to pause after two minutes.
I tried this for a few days now and it really burns during the workout but a don't feel any pain in my muscles a day after. Does that mean a don't gain muscles or it means I just don't feel it? But I think a can see a bit of a result already
