5. Lunges: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Take a big step forward with your right foot and lower your body until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Push off with your right foot to return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. Aim for 12 reps on each leg.
6. Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your legs in a tabletop position. Bring your right elbow towards your left knee while extending your right leg out straight. Switch sides, bringing your left elbow towards your right knee. Continue alternating for 30 seconds.
7. Mountain Climbers: Get into a plank position, with your hands directly under your shoulders. Bring one knee towards your chest, then quickly switch legs, as if you are running in place. Continue alternating for 45 seconds.
