Hey guys do y'all know that after working out for 4months i learned how to engage my core and not neck 😢 what I'm saying is that HOME WORK OUT can be very difficult, no coach no expert to direct you, so you gotta direct yourself, and don't give up, before i used to have bloated stomach! If someone told me that i was gonna have six packs and abs after six months i wont agree, it's worth it❤
