5 Steps to Bigger Arms in 30 Days (GUARANTEED!)

Introduction

If you want to fill your shirt sleeves with bigger arms, you’ve come to the right place. Building big arms is not just about training your biceps and triceps, but also how you train them. In this article, we will explore five steps to help you achieve bigger arms in just 30 days.

Step 1: Train to Failure

One of the key concepts for arm training is going to and through failure. Training to failure ensures muscle growth. Incorporate techniques such as drop sets and mechanical drop sets to take your sets beyond failure. You can try a “run-the-rack” with bicep curls or a “run-the-stack” for triceps pushdowns. Mechanical drop sets are also effective for muscle growth.

Step 2: Embrace Eccentric Overload

Eccentric muscle damage is essential for muscle growth. Make sure to include exercises that emphasize eccentric overload, such as lying triceps extensions and incline curls. The eccentric lowering of the weight should take about 3 seconds to complete. Structuring your workout split properly will allow ample recovery time between training sessions.

Step 3: Target the Brachialis

To build width in your arms, focus on training the brachialis. The brachialis not only increases arm width but also contributes to biceps peak height. Incorporate exercises like hammer curls and cross body hammer curls to specifically target the brachialis.

Step 4: Add Bodyweight Triceps Exercises

Don’t neglect bodyweight triceps exercises. These exercises provide additional direct volume without eccentric overload, allowing for faster recovery. Taking a metabolic approach with these exercises will keep your body rested, recovered, and ready for more work.

Step 5: Develop Mind-Muscle Connection with Flex Sets

Developing a strong mind-muscle connection is crucial for building any muscle group, especially for arms. Flex sets can help you establish this connection over time, leading to better muscle growth in your biceps and triceps.

Conclusion

Achieving bigger arms in just 30 days is possible with the right approach. By training to failure, incorporating eccentric overload, targeting the brachialis, adding bodyweight triceps exercises, and developing a strong mind-muscle connection, you can see significant gains in arm size. Remember to give yourself adequate recovery time and consistency in following these steps. Get ready to fill your shirt sleeves with impressive arm muscles!

Oh. I have 17” unpumped circumference on my biceps. Not sure how much while it’s pumped but it doesn’t look sexy. Just looks like muscle after muscle. You can ripple them but doesn’t look defined. 17% BodyFat FTL.

XL Shirts are to short.. Uggg. My arms are 17inchs and I hate the XL shirts. Neck, Chest, Arms. all to tight. Then jump to XXL and they suck and are like a kite flying in the wind.
