BESTIE my new workout routine is FINALLY ready!
Are you ready to take your fitness journey to the next level? I have been working hard to put together a 12-week gym program that will help you build strength, tone your muscles, and achieve your fitness goals. This program includes 3 leg days, 2 upper body workouts, and 1 additional strength and conditioning session per week from week 5 to 12. Get ready to sweat, push yourself, and see real results!

In addition to the workout program, nutrition is a key component of achieving your fitness goals. I want to share my everyday diet tips with you to help you lose weight and build muscle. These are the things I eat each day that have helped me achieve my fitness goals. Letās dive into my everyday diet routine to get results!
## Everyday Diet Tips for Results
### Breakfast
Start your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast to fuel your body for the day ahead. I like to have a balanced meal that includes protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Some of my go-to breakfast options include oatmeal with protein powder and berries, scrambled eggs with avocado, or a protein smoothie.
### Lunch
For lunch, I focus on having a meal that is satisfying and provides me with the energy I need to power through the rest of the day. I typically opt for a lean protein source such as grilled chicken or salmon, paired with a variety of colorful vegetables and a complex carbohydrate like quinoa or sweet potatoes.
### Snacks
I always have healthy snacks on hand to keep me fueled between meals. Some of my favorite snack options include Greek yogurt with fruit, a handful of nuts, or rice cakes with almond butter. These snacks help me stay satiated and prevent me from overeating during my main meals.
### Dinner
Dinner is another opportunity to refuel and nourish my body. I like to have a balanced meal that includes a lean protein source, plenty of vegetables, and a healthy carbohydrate. Some of my favorite dinner options include grilled fish with roasted vegetables, a lean beef stir-fry with brown rice, or a hearty salad with plenty of protein and healthy fats.
### Hydration
Staying hydrated is key to supporting your fitness goals. I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day and I also enjoy herbal teas and infused water for a refreshing and hydrating beverage option.
### Supplement
In addition to a balanced diet, I also incorporate supplements to support my fitness goals. I take a high-quality multivitamin, omega-3 fatty acids, and protein powder to ensure that my body is getting all the nutrients it needs to thrive.

can you have a guide thats less lower body focussed? that guide is 3 lower body and only 2 upper body… can you have something more balanced for someone not wanting massive quads/lower body focussed but just balanced overall? (ie 2 upper body 2 lower body and 1 full body etc).
