My Current Workout Split: Getting Back On Track
If youβre anything like me, you know how hard it can be to stick to a workout routine. Life gets in the way, motivation wanes, and suddenly you find yourself struggling to get back on track. Thatβs where Iβve been lately, but Iβm determined to change that. Iβve been loving my current workout split, and Iβm using this post as a way to inspire myself to get back to it.
So, whatβs my current workout split, you ask? I was on week 6-7 of the strong lower body program from the EvolveYou app, and let me tell you, I absolutely loved it. I was lifting heavier than ever before, following a set routine, and feeling stronger with every workout. It was a game-changer for me. If youβre looking for a program to join, I highly recommend it.
Now, hereβs my plan to get back on track. Iβll start with 4 days of workouts, adding in some core and cardio work daily if I feel up to it. Then, as I find more time, Iβll push myself to 5 days of workouts. Itβs all about finding a routine that works for me and sticking to it.
My pledge to myself is to get back into the strong lower body program that I loved so much. I know it will take some effort and dedication, but Iβm ready for the challenge.
