i feel the flutter kicks waaayyyy more in my upper legs like groin area, am i doing it wrong or just need to get use to this motion more? i am a very active person i do football, wreslting, and track and go to the gym so it’s not like i’m not use to leg movement like running but this is a lot different, any tips?
