A huge thank you for everything, Chris!
Do I have to repeat the sets or is it enough to do what appears in the video?
thanks for tutorial coach,,,
Today, I found out that my chairs are short as hell I'm layin all the way on the floor and dragging my feet on it too xd
Does this actually build Muscle on my back? Because I heard somewhere, that you need weights or such to actually build muscle in the back and that bodyweight workouts only stabalize the muscles.
How many rounds of this should I do? Or is this a full workout?
i have to buy chair for this😂😂
wow
this made me clean my corners, 2in1 lol
Wouldn’t the tucked dragon press hold work your abs not ur back?
Great workout, please more of these

Bro where you get the sturdy chairs from? I’m bout to bust my sht 😭
This video made me realize that my house is a cheapo psych ward 😭 the chairs slide, the door frames are too brittle to put a pullup bar on, and there are virtually no corners
How many times we have to do this a week
This is cool n stuff but not everyone has appropriate equiptment
Strange. Normally Heria’s routines kill me, but this one I did not find it as hard. I gotta say I just did one series. Probably should do 2 or 3 next time.
Where can i buy the chairs to the exercise?
