Genuine question-
1.When you say it can irritate bicep tendon, is that like a general thing or are you saying there are few individuals who would be susceptible to that. Cause there would always be few individuals whose joints/connective t will get irritated by doing something that is safe for others (like for me its pullover, hurts my sternum ).
2. Your alternative to facepulls(external rotator) is a simpler version of fp which will target mostly biceps. So if you wanna give an alternative to an ER exercise shouldn't it be an ER exercise and not a bicep one. I'm assuming people do this kathlean style facepulls for external rotators and not biceps. With some minor rear delt involvement ofcourse.
