Legit the hardest workout I’ve done, and I’ve been working out consistently for 6 months.
A tip for the legs raises bring them like half way since it’ll be more focus on the abs instead of the hips and Abs. But I only recommend it if you can do it easily since it is way harder but it improves your core better

my core is too weak i can barely do the bicycle and russian twists, i can barely touch my elbow to the knee while crunching its so hard 🙂

Been doing this for a few weeks now and it is starting to feel less effective because of the muscle growth, should I being increasing rounds every day? My diet is already in a great state
While a solid set of exercises, you don't actually have to train your abs much at all to have a six pack. You just need to get lean enough. Cut calories from your diet or do any kind of exercise that burns more, and you can have a nice six-pack too. Don't really need to do ab work except for overall muscle balance. Or unless you're super skinny, in which case doing some ab work to increase their size a little can help with the visuals.
I've never trained abs seriously in my life. At most I did like one set of crunches a week, and I still managed to get a pretty nice six-pack once I dieted down.
The last thing you want to do is spend all your energy to do a dozen ab exercises and neglect the rest of your body and your diet, which will likely just mean you'll end up looking like a barrel.
