chris , thanks to you i have now lost over 12 kgs of fat ( and gained it all back in muscle) , i did this workout for around 7 months in 2022 , and then switched over to a ppl gym , thanks so much⚡⚡

Just a tip, been using this workout all the way into 2023, its a great workout, just make sure you do these excercises properly as i fucked up my back doing these and had to pay the pysiotherapist a visit so be careful, keep grinding gentlemen💪
