I am so glad I found your channel. I am an avid follower of Athlean-X and was just about to purchase one of his training programs. It is very apparent that you have done a ton of Athlean-X’s training programs. Which one do you think is best for fat loss? I personally have quite a bit of muscle mass and can lift heavy weight with ease, but also unfortunately, have a lot of body fat that I want to cut. I was leaning towards the max shred 12 week program. What do you think?

I was wanting your opinion of AX-1 (maybe w/ TNTs) vs Max Shred for someone with a bit more fat to lose while building muscle. I know it’s the purpose of the Max Shred, but was curious if it’s better to start w/ AX-1 and then maybe move on to max shred or start w/ max shred from the beginning.
