If you want to look worse as a women, then just do this! Seriously, dont do lifting as a women it is just ungrateful, it wont make you look better. Girls who lift is the equivalent to guys who lift and take ton of steroids, if you find those guys attractive, then go on. Do light cardio instead, running, cycling, swimming and just be thin, her bmi is already to high to be optimal. Optimal bmi for a women is 17-18.
