I watch your videos for inspiration, not to emulate, but because it is calming, positive, full of tips on form while using weights, and things you're interested in. Would love to see more videos sprinkled with form tips (what you should be feeling right now, watch out for this…, etc.)

Someone please help me..! I have inverted triangle body…my shoulders and arms just keep getting wide everytime I try to gain weight and my narrow hips and glutes don't move a little..! I suffer people's comments about being skinny all the time..! How do I tell them that only my arms grow not my lower body😭😭😭😭

Actually you spend too much time judgeing your own body ….. You can be healthy without thinking im have too much body fat ….. Or i dont like the way i look …. 🤦‍♂️👎😒…. Remember god love you just the way you are … Not being judge be p or your self….

Jesus loves you and wants to be with you. Turn to him if you haven't or come back to him if you left. He can and wants to save you, deliver you, and set you free. Don't worry about how you are now, give up your sins, surrender to him fully, and change your ways. We don't have much time until Jesus comes back. It is past time to wake up and now is definitely not the time to play. Make your decision now!
