The program sounds super cool. Body weight exercises and me are just a no go, especially upper body stuff. I'm just too weak but hopefully one day. Congratulations on the new house, Jenna. So happy for you & the family. I know what it's like moving it can be a nightmare… You have such a good head on your shoulders though that I am sure you'll stay one step ahead and everything will go through smoothly. Plus now you've gotten some bigger muscles from all the training. The boxes and furniture will be no match for you. Rawr!! xero is by far my favorite program from his, I bought it before he added the below xero variations (so I just adjusted to my level by doing easier exercise substitutions) and I felt completely different strength gains than the gym an I LOVED IT.
