He's absolutely right. 5% bodyfat is insane on a full grown man. Every muscle and veins should be visible at that point. 5% is so little my guys. You can't hold 5% bodyfat for very long. It's incredibly unhealthy. Most people can bounce around 11 to 15% bodyfat as a pro, but anything beyond that takes genuine iron tight routines to get.
