After major bouts of depression anxiety dealing with ADHD and daily suicidal thoughts im relly trying to pick myself back on and get back on the saddle and lose 20 lbs and be back healthy and cutting out meat and unhealthy foods. It's so hard. I'm trying . Todsy is day 1 :/
