Awesome workout! I usually skip videos less than 10 mins, but today i felt weak and tries this one. And it worth trying. You should add something like without delays and pauses in the title.

I really like this one. You do a bit of intensive workout, and then give a bit of a break by doing something less intensive. It feels good to still work out while getting a bit of a break. Going from those crazy back hand pulses to the C shape is really nice.

I also love that in your videos it's not a ton of talking, it's just important information. You tell us the workout, and then during the work out you keep reminding us what we should remember to do. Keep your chest tight, keep your back straight, etc. It really helps because I do find myself forgetting those little details and this gets me back into form.

I love this style of short, easy, fun workouts. You know those times when you are having a bad day, or you just woke up in a terrible mood, or you are on your period, etc and you just can't convince yourself to workout? these are the best! I usually combine 1-3 of these short fun ones and by the end of it, I'm feeling great. and the best part I still did some exercise.
