I turned my life around when I went to plant based menu 8 weeks ago and lost 13.7 kilograms (30.20 pounds). Now I want to tone my body so I started following Chris Heria’s 2023 Abs video. Today is day 6. My daily food requirements are: Calories 3,000, Protein 160g, Carbs 500g, Fats 80g, Water 2 liters. I also take B12, D3 & Multivitamin tablets. My food includes quinoa, chia seeds, pepita, pistachios, tofu, plant protein powder, brown rice, kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, grain bread, wholesome peanut butter, avocado, sweet potato, potato, mushrooms, salads.

Imagine being 60 years old and feeling fit, healthy, and vibrant. That’s exactly the transformation that I have been experiencing since I turned to a plant-based diet and started engaging in regular exercise. It all began 8 weeks ago when I made the decision to transition to a plant-based menu. The results have been astounding, as I have lost a significant amount of weight and feel more energized than ever before. But I didn’t want to stop there. I wanted to take it a step further and tone my body, which led me to discover Chris Heria’s 2023 Abs video. And so, here I am on day 6 of this exciting new journey.

Heading 3: My Daily Food and Supplement Requirements

In order to achieve my fitness goals, it is crucial to pay attention to my daily food and supplement requirements. I aim to consume 3,000 calories, with 160g of protein, 500g of carbs, and 80g of fats. Additionally, I ensure that I am adequately hydrated by drinking at least 2 liters of water every day. In addition to my diet, I also take B12, D3, and Multivitamin tablets to ensure that I am getting all the necessary nutrients. My diet consists of a variety of plant-based foods including quinoa, chia seeds, pepita, pistachios, tofu, plant protein powder, brown rice, kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, grain bread, wholesome peanut butter, avocado, sweet potato, potato, mushrooms, and salads.

As I continue on this journey, I am excited to see the changes that will occur not only in my physical appearance but also in my overall health and well-being. Each day brings new challenges and triumphs, and I am determined to take on Chris Heria’s 2023 Abs workout with enthusiasm and dedication. Who says being 60 means you can’t push your limits and achieve your fitness goals? I am a living testament that age is just a number, and it’s never too late to embark on a journey to a healthier and happier lifestyle. Bring it on, day 6 – I’m ready to conquer it all!
