Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lean slightly back, engaging your core muscles. Hold a weight or medicine ball in front of you. Twist your torso to one side, touching the weight to the floor. Then, twist to the other side, touching the weight to the opposite side of your body. Repeat this motion quickly for 30 seconds.

Begin in a plank position, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to toe. Drive your knees towards your chest, alternating between legs in a running motion. Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise. Aim for 30 seconds of mountain climbers.

[h3]Exercise 3: Bicycle Crunches[/h3]
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head, elbows wide open. Lift your legs off the ground, bending your knees at 90 degrees. Bring your right elbow and left knee towards each other, while extending your right leg straight. Alternate sides, bringing your left elbow and right knee together. Continue this cycling motion for 30 seconds.

[h3]Exercise 4: Plank Jacks[/h3]
Assume a plank position on your forearms, with your body straight and core engaged. Jump both feet out to the sides, then quickly jump them back together. Keep your abs tight and maintain a steady rhythm for 30 seconds.

[h3]Exercise 5: Leg Raises[/h3]
Lie flat on your back with your arms extended by your sides and your legs together. Slowly raise your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight. Lower them back down without touching the ground and repeat for 30 seconds. To make it more challenging, try lifting your hips off the ground as you raise your legs.

[h3]Exercise 6: High Plank Knee to Elbow[/h3]
Start in a high plank position, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line. Engage your core and bring your right knee towards your right elbow, squeezing your obliques. Return to the starting position and repeat on the left side. Alternate sides for 30 seconds.

Could be a good work out but but bad form. Arched lower back and a lot of strain on your neck.
