I LOVED this one! So intense! Hoping you will film a Pilates session with ankle weights and do more weight sessions. I love the high intensity but I am also following cycle syncing lately and working out around hormone cycles so some LIIT or LISS (other than walking with my kids and dogs lol) options would be so cool ❤️
