Very doable workout! The pace is good, except 2 moves, all very good moves also for beginners and cardio not complicated or hard. Don't be afraid this workout if you look for an easy core workout but you don't like too many jumping moves or moves needing coordination like dead bug

Może więcej treningów 30-40 min ?
Na wideo widziałam dużo jest takich krótkich treningów a mało takich około 40 minut.

Dobry trening . Ciekawe ćwiczenia . Niektóre trochę trudne , ale to sobie zastępuje . Nie było nudno , bo każde ćwiczenie inne . Nie ma powtarzania ćwiczeń 👍
