This workout is so so fun but it nearly killed meπŸ˜… getting back into your schedule after injuring my back and gained a lot of weight because of the meds I was given. Sweaty as but feeling great to be able to work out again. Thank you for doing this! You are amazing πŸ₯³πŸ’ͺ
