the human brain is wired for problem solving. shortcuts is what we do. just not in the gym in the literal sense, however! if you're stuck wondering your glutes aren't building with unweighted squats and leg lifts, it's time to use your brain, take the shortcut and start doing weighted bulgarian split squats, as an example.
