I’m no fitness expert, but I’m not sure if working out the same muscle every day is a good thing. By all means, stay consistent, but you might want to let your muscle rest too
Ive been doing glute workouts everyday for the past 1 1/2 weeks and Ive also not been seeing a lot. But staying consistent is the only thing i can do right now. ❤
