I know that the hard work will pay off and I am committed to seeing this challenge through to the end.

In today’s workout, I am focusing on a variety of exercises to target different areas of my abs, including sit-ups, leg raises, and planks. Chris Heria’s workout routine is challenging, but I can feel myself getting stronger with each passing day.
