That ain't gonna work. Abs has a lot of shht to do with loosing visceral and subcutaneous fat. Lose fat then abs would just naturally comes out. All these other abs workouts would not dent if you are fat or obese. Amazing how people teach the how to and not tackle the real problem. Yup even at my gym with their expert personal trainer 😁
