20 Minute Full Body Cardio HIIT Workout (At Home, No Repeat)

The Workout

Did this workout and had to take several breaks due to it killing me as-well as my medical condition in my foot. Nonetheless, still managed to finish till the end. The jumping portion I just replaced it with no jumping. Many in the forum complain that it's just squats, indeed it is however, squats work the whole body likewise, your heart is as-well too!
