Welcome to week 3 of my ab challenge! We’re kicking it off with a high-intensity, full-body cardio HIIT workout that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. This 20-minute workout is perfect for anyone looking to increase their cardiovascular fitness and strength. Best of all, you can do this workout from the comfort of your own home with no equipment required!

The Workout

This workout consists of 20 different exercises, each lasting for 45 seconds followed by a 15-second rest period. The goal is to complete each exercise with as much intensity as possible, pushing yourself to your limits. Did this workout and had to take several breaks due to it killing me as-well as my medical condition in my foot. Nonetheless, still managed to finish till the end. The jumping portion I just replaced it with no jumping. Many in the forum complain that it's just squats, indeed it is however, squats work the whole body likewise, your heart is as-well too!
