At 62 and time body building as a young fella , i love cardio and free hand training, but sadly i have to change a few things ,because all the rapid moves and bouncing around plays havoc on my joints …
In all reality this type of training is for the young ,or the super fit old…

just a friendly disclaimer: This is not very begginer friendly routine. Not because you can't but the movements are complex for begginers. you will have the need to stop and just lay flat during the 45 seconds because your muscles just give in
