it's really hard, have to cut down lil bit time for me, but refreshing (hard to follow along with Chris)
able to exercises slowly and only for max 35 sec and have to pause video for longer break (sweating….)
Not following any specific diet, cuz I'm only 16

I’ve been doing 4 rounds of his 8 Best Cardio Exercises 3x a week for 2 years straight & decided to try this one. Only was able to complete b/c I’ve been doing other routine but it kicked my butt. Trying something different will throw u off
