What she saying is so True. I lost 15 kg for within 3 months. But it was not healthy diet 😅 but I excersice regularly and some weakness comes afterwards because of bad diet. But ya! I see the difference and everybody around me saying that is huge change in appearance.

Ik heb liever een Sofie die gewoon zichzelf is, dan ben je vele malen beter voor het bevorderen van het proces want je bent goed op de hoogte mbt wie je bent en waar je sterke en zwakke punten zitten. Dan ga je pas echt bloeien op een geheel transcendentale manier met als resultaat dat je uitdagingen better gaat kunnen tackelen mede (of eigenlijk hoofdzakelijk) door die nieuwe transcendentale wijze van denken, overstijgend maar niet zweverig (daar zit een fijne nuance in). Wat denk je dat jou naam betekent? Gewoon even een vraag. Btw, ik vind die transformatie van je billen heerlijk om te zien, totaal geen problemen mee. Je traint ten slotte toch je gehele body.
