17 Foods I Eat EVERY Single Day for 6 Pack Abs

Introduction

In case you didn’t know, there are 17 food I eat every single day for 6 pack abs and to make sure that I stay lean all year round. In this article, I am going to cover the foods that are included in my diet every single day that help me to stay lean and have six pack abs, as well as some of the reasons why I choose to include them, other than the fact that they taste good.

Egg Whites

The first food on my list comes with breakfast and it is egg whites. Some of the major benefits of including egg whites in my muscle-building diet are that they are a great source of protein, containing 24 grams of protein in the 6 egg whites I have each morning. Additionally, egg whites are a lower calorie breakfast option compared to sausage or bacon.

Oatmeal

Sticking with breakfast, one of the staples of my diet and food that I eat every single day is oatmeal. Not only is it rich in complex carbohydrates to keep me fueled throughout the day, but it is also high in fiber, which helps regulate cholesterol. Oatmeal also contains magnesium, which helps alleviate muscle cramps due to my workouts. With 0 grams of sugar, it’s a healthy choice.

Skim Milk

I include skim milk in my daily diet plan as well. It is a low-fat option that provides calcium and vitamins A and D. I drink a glass of it with breakfast and use it for my oatmeal and protein shake later in the day.

Cinnamon

A surprising food that I eat every single day is cinnamon. Loaded with antioxidants, it also has anti-inflammatory properties and improves insulin sensitivity. These benefits are extremely beneficial for building muscle and staying lean.

Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is another staple of my diet, having it at lunch every single day. It is high in protein, calcium, and vitamins and is known to improve gut health thanks to the presence of probiotics. To make the protein content complete, I add chia or pumpkin seeds to boost its muscle-building properties.

Frozen Yogurt

I have a perpetual sweet tooth, but I keep it in check by eating frozen yogurt every day. It’s a low-calorie dessert that satisfies my cravings without compromising my goals of building muscle and staying lean.

Lean Protein

Something you will find on my plate every single day is lean protein. Chicken, fish, and lean red meat are my go-to choices as they provide 30-50 grams of protein per serving. Protein is essential for muscle building and having a six-pack.

Pasta

Pasta is a food I eat every single day and couldn’t live without. Carbohydrates are a staple for any muscle-building nutrition plan, and pasta is a great source of complex carbs that replenish glycogen and support hard training. Just remember to moderate your portions to avoid weight gain.

Cruciferous Vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower are an important inclusion in my daily eating plan. They contain sulforaphane, which helps prevent early aging by canceling out free radicals. These veggies also decrease myostatin activity, unlocking new muscle growth, and have powerful anti-inflammatory properties.

Conclusion

These are just a few of the 17 foods I eat every single day to maintain my six-pack abs and stay lean all year round. Each of these foods provides specific benefits, from protein to complex carbohydrates and essential nutrients. Remember, maintaining a healthy and balanced diet is key to achieving your fitness goals. So, if you’re looking to build muscle and stay lean, consider incorporating these foods into your daily meals.

You might want to take your on advice and start using them, you need more muscle. Nobody looks good as a starving person. 11-14% body fat is the way to go and it makes you healthy. There is a difference between healthy and fit. You do not look healthy. Not sure why people continue to watch this crap.

I was shocked to learn canned pumpkin has 0% actual pumpkin in it. It is 100% other squashes…does this need to be actual pumpkin or the canned stuff is ok??

Thank you…. Steel cut oats a good option? I am about to start eating oats daily. I get cramps way too often and try to drink electrolyte powders in my water but it doesn't seem to help too much.

Oatmeal does not work for me. When I tried incorporating it in my diet I felt full longer, but my energy level tanked and I got more inflamation, particularly in my calfs.

All these in a day? I won’t get room for that unless it is teeny weeny not the 1/3 plate he mentioned! I will need to go completely flat out probably 5hrs training to burn all those calories. I am also lean with veins all over the stomach and 6 pack. I eat once a day and a protein shake

Another great video, but there's also the reality of cost to consider. Here in the UK, eating asparagus and blueberries every day would get expensive, quickly. Even substitutes like blackberries and açai berries, the stores in London charge a premium. It's frustrating when you have the right mentality for making quality food choices, but the ever-increasing cost of eating clean becomes an anxiety all of its own.

This is great nutrition advice! I'm no nutritionist or dietician, but I will research the foods that help cut fat, build muscle and increase cognitive function, and a lot of these foods you mention are the meals and snacks I would eat on a daily basis when trying to get in shape. They really do help and make you feel better! I wish I had someone like you in my life, Coach Cavaliere. Your workout videos are so helpful in perfecting form and increasing gains. I'm gaining confidence back at 29 after a couple of rough years when I let my body sit around and waste its potential. To anyone reading this: don't let that be you! Get off your ass and be the best version of yourself you can be!

Um I just watched another vide saying oatmeal was bad for you, full of bad lectins and in the us treated with cancer causing chemicals. They also said that are oatmeal is partially digested making them a sugar bomb.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold up, homie. The omega 3s in walnuts are nowhere near the same animal as fish omega 3s(literally). Plant-derived omega 3s are zero to 10% assimilable, whereas fish-based omega 3s are 100% usable. Check the study done by the University of Guelph, Ontario, some 30+ years back. Fish, and especially krill, oil is the only way to go. Think about it. Krill and fish (sardines, salmon, herring, etc) are animals. We're animals. Walnuts (and better, flax oil) are plants. We're not plants. Different chemistry. Sounds simplistic, perhaps, but the chemistry is legit. This is the only major mistake I've heard you make so far. Keep listening to Rhonda, but pay close attention to what I'm telling you too.

I am 55yo and have never been more fit and healthy. My diet and physical activity for years would have been considered perfect and impressive by most people. While I looked great I never had the 6 pack I've been seeking my whole adult life. Additionally my cholesterol and other lab work was not optimal. I was frustrated and obviously concerned since I had been on a whole food organic lifestyle for decades, 22 years. Reluctantly I started down the path of taking prescriptions to "optimize" my health. Statins and BP meds. I felt so defeated at 53yo. 18 months ago I decided to do a 30 day carnivore challenge. LIFE CHANGING! I am exactly the same weight I have been for years. But my lean mass improved and I am between 8 to 10% body fat and my health is thriving. No more meds. The bonus is I now have abs! I wish I knew this decades ago. My workouts are always fantastic, my sleep is phenomenal, my health is thriving. It's mind blowing to me that I eat ZERO carbohydrates and feel so amazing. It's been 18+ months and l will never go back to my whole foods omnivore lifestyle.

Drinking the breastmilk meant for a baby cow for gains? 😂 Consuming egg from exploited animals? Eating baby animal corpses? Nah. I can get gains from plant foods, don't need to exploit others for my own benefit. If you consume their suffering, it will manifest in your life.

As a cheese maker, love to see your use of our first food, milk. You should look into artisan made, quality source aged cheeses. Proteins, fats, salts, minerals. PLUS it’s fermented so the aminos are made ever more bio available. 🧀🧀🧀🧀
