holly magarony dude , 55 years old climber here, that need to get some more leg strength. I barley followd you trough. Not too keen oin the jumps though, got bad knees from far to heavy work and, knee postions during climbing. Drenched in sweat but happy i made it. Will for sure help me on the legs, also really good for coordination and balance if done the propper way, and more slowly. Thanx mate!

I've done your 20 min legs work out for a while now doing 2 rounds. I started this work out for the first à couple months ago and it seemed really hard because of some exercice I was not used too like single leg explosive Bulgarian lunge. Now I can complete 3 full rounds it is a really complete work out, it has done some great result on my legs

I have done this work out 2 time a week and trust me guys my limits is up to 15 reps ya i do another 5 remaining one but not clean as 15 reps and my whole body is trembling with pain 😅😥plus my heart so high that's make me event hard to breathe
