Introduction

Hi team! This workout is special to me because it’s the first one in our brand new studio! That’s right, we finally have our own office space instead of renting a studio every time we filmed. The studio space we had before was often busy and made it hard to focus, but now we have a dedicated space just for us. I’m incredibly grateful for your support and for doing these workouts with me. I’m super excited for this next step and I promise to do my absolute best to create the best workouts possible in this new space!

So this was my first video of yours. Good exercises, but just a note I had no idea it was over. I literally had to go back in to make sure it was over since the ending was so abrupt. Just a note you may want to stop and wave or something to indicate that since you don’t speak in your videos 😊

Genuine question – why all the moves are so slow? If you're not a beginner and want to feel something from this workout, multiply the pace by 2 and reduce rest to 0-5 seconds.

Easy to get 6 pack abs, just get under 10% body fat, as we all have them! Stop faking these exercises. It is simple calorie deficiency, that is all.
