Good stuff, one thing I noticed, on any abs exercise like the bicycle for example you need to rotate your body more to hit your oblique muscle. For example on the first exercise you show you are still only really working your core abdominal muscles. The body needs to really rotate to hit the obliques, don't just twist slightly like this so your elbow touches, this does nothing for your side. Of course if you just want the 6 pack then it's fine but these sort of exercises aren't designed for that.
